130 William Street is a 66-story luxury condominium building located in the Financial District of Manhattan, NYC.
The building is known for its distinctive hand-cast architectural concrete facade with large, arched, bronze-trimmed windows, a design inspired by the historic masonry architecture of Lower Manhattan. Completed in 2023, the tower, which is nearly 800 feet tall, was designed by British-Ghanaian architect Sir David Adjaye.
